The only personal information PSI Buffalo obtains about individual users to our websites is what is supplied voluntarily by users.

Patient/Resident information collected may include some or all of the following; patient/resident name, medical identification number, birth date, medications, practitioner’s name, height and weight, diet order, food allergies, medical allergies.

The information provided is for the purpose of providing the highest quality user experience within the Dietech Program.
